Install

The installer sets up an isolated Python environment, downloads the permitted RIFE model weights, and adds a global interpolate command to your terminal.

Run

Pick a video (or a folder), choose a target FPS, and let it run. Outputs go to ~/Videos/interpolation-output.

Open-source, clean licensing. The RIFE model is MIT-licensed (nihui) and the ncnn framework is BSD-3-Clause (Tencent). This tool ships no NonCommercial weights.
